There is no doubt that the world is on the eve of a new leap. Growing and aging, long-living but deteriorating population and developing technologies; the living forms that become easier on one hand, harder on the other hand, as well as the complexity of work and life forms, economic, political problems will oppress people that will cause increasing urbanization and immigration. To be able to think and talk about the design of living spaces, we need to look at the changes in living conditions and the needs that are going to be created.

Access to some basic services and safety requirements for inhabitants, living away from the city, in suburbs or villages means more difficult and more expensive conditions, and often this will not be possible at all. Since urbanization is the bridge of hope for low-incomers dealing with limited opportunities, the population will increase in the metropolis, so these people will immigrate there. The experts claim that a new city with over one million population will emerge every 90 days in the world in coming decades.

On the other hand, in contrast to the trend towards over-population in the cities; the high-incomers with the abundance of opportunities have the desire of getting away from crowd, over-communication, traffic, over-interaction, air / sound pollution, and stress. They want to live a higher quality of life in satellite / cocoon / site / tribal settlement to be independent.

For the first time in history, people will age up to 100-year-old and this age group will boom. Great developments will arise for the vital areas, activities, products, and services suitable for elderly people. On the other hand, young people will be integrated into work and life much earlier, they will have power and dominance. Eventually, there will be many innovations for them in the fields of education, health, and entertainment.

On one side, there are cities that keep developing vertically and becoming more and more crowded, on the other side, there are isolated houses and workspaces. On one hand, old people, aging, immortality; on the other hand, younger generations will soon begin to work earlier to benefit from the blessings of the world. Since the needs of these two generations are diametrically opposed, inventions and forms will be developed for both. Of course, technology will extremely affect that.
